🍌🥐 Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls – Soft, Sweet & Irresistible!
📝 Ingredients:
Dough:
1½ cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)
4 cups all-purpose flour
2½ tsp instant yeast
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
½ cup milk, warm
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Filling:
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup butter, softened
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
👩🍳 Directions:
In a bowl, mix yeast, warm milk, sugar, and let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
Add mashed bananas, melted butter, vanilla, flour, and salt; knead until smooth. Let dough rise 1–2 hours until doubled.
Roll dough into a rectangle, spread with softened butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll tightly, slice into 12 rolls, and place in a greased baking dish. Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
