Ingredients

Crust

2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (without filling)

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 large eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ganache

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  3. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
  6. Make the Cheesecake Filling
  7. Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth.
